Summer is coming very soon! I don’t know about you but I have plans for this summer, and they don’t involve sitting in a house wearing my sweat pants all day! I have all kinds of fun in the sun camping trips planned, many different lakes and beaches to visit, and a LOT of sun tanning to do! I also know that I am not going to have a lot of fun doing it if I don’t feel comfortable in my own skin. Right now, after that long cold winter I know I have put on a few pounds in the hibernation mode, but now it’s summer time and I want to wear that bikini to the beach without feeling like Shammoo! In addition, I’m sure a lot of you are in the same boat as me. You don’t want to be at a beach as beautiful as the one in this picture, and looking at all the fit bodies walking down the beach in their swim gear saying “Damn I wish I looked like that!” let’s face it, that is not a pleasant way to spend your vacation.
